Guided tours

From August 1 – 31, complimentary guided tours are available to all visitors with a valid admission ticket. Tours will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 2, 3, and 4 p.m. and Thursdays at 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 p.m. CEST.

Visitors who wish to join the tour should meet in the lower foyer directly in front of the entrance to the exhibition, 10 minutes before the start of the tour.

Attention: There is a limited number of spots available per tour! Tours operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not available.

Tickets can be booked online via eventim.de and muenchenticket.de and at the box office at the Kleine Olympiahalle.

To minimize waiting times at the entry, we recommend booking tickets prior to the visit.

If you have purchased a ticket assigned to a timeslot, please make sure to arrive at the Kleine Olympiahalle on time. You can enter the exhibition at any time within your booked 30-minute time slot, but not earlier. E.g., a ticket with a starting time of 10:00 am allows you to visit any time between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

If you arrive after your assigned timeslot, you can visit the exhibition in the next available time slot. Please note that this may involve a longer waiting time.

Children under the age of 6 enter the exhibition without charge when in attendance of an adult- Kinder over the age of 6 enter for a reduced rate.

Reduced ticket rates apply to children under the age of 16, students and trainees (not older than 27), seniors (65 years and older), severely handicapped persons (GdB 70, registered assistance persons enter without charge), volunteers for military and social services and welfare recipients

The family ticket includes entry for a maximum of 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children at the age of 14 or younger or 1 adult + 3 children at the age of 14 or younger).

When buying tickets as gifts, we recommend purchasing flex tickets. Flex tickets are not linked to dates or timeslots.

A tour of Disney100: The Exhibition usually takes between 60 to 90 minutes. But please feel free to take your time – there is a lot to discover! Last possible admission is one hour before closing.

All texts are written in both German and Englisch. Videos play in their original voiceover with German subtitles.

You are welcome to take pictures of your visit. Please respect the privacy of other visitors when doing so and try to avoid using a flash. The usage of DSLR cameras and professional equipment is not allowed.

All ticket categories, including the Flex and VIP tickets can only be used once for admission. Re-entry is not possible.

The Kleine Olympiahalle is accessible for all visitors. A limited number of wheelchairs can be rented on site.

In general, for safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring a stroller into the exhibition. Exceptions may be made if visitor traffic permits.

Visiting with strollers is recommended Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, a visit with a stroller is not recommended due to high visitor numbers.

Jackets and bags can be left in the lockers for 1€ during your visit to the exhibition. On weekends and holidays, there is chance that it might come to higher demands. We kindly ask you for your patience.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the exhibition.

Pets are not allowed inside the Kleine Olympiahalle with the exception of assistance dogs. If you plan to visit with an assistance dog, please note us beforehand via ausstellungsleitung@semmel.de bei uns an!

Due to safety reasons, driving and parking E-Scooters is permitted within the Olympic Park.
