The Walt Disney Archives has opened its vault of treasures, showcasing hundreds of extraordinary objects, including many of Disney's “Crown Jewels” – more than 250 rarely-seen artefacts and works of art, costumes and props, and incredible memorabilia.

Ten imaginatively themed galleries showcasing renowned classics from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to Encanto (2021), including the latest members of the Disney family – Pixar, Star Wars and MARVEL!

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Disney 100 Exhibition. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we would like to make sure you are aware of a few FAQ's.

Regarding Accessibility Customers

We strive to make the Disney100 The Exhibition accessible for everyone. It is compiled mainly of visual displays and one short audio-based television welcome film. There will be transcripts of this short film available guests with hearing disabilities. Please contact accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk if you have any queries not answered below.

Companions/PA's are welcomed at the exhibition and will be granted free admission (no ticket will be issued in advance). If you require the assistance of a Companion/PA we ask that you provide one of the following forms of documentation, to be shown on entry. This will act as evidence of your requirements. Without this documentation we will be unable to provide a complimentary Companion/PA ticket.

Accepted forms of documentation:

  • Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
  • CredAbility tickets Card – + 1 category requirement.
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
Please note that the Access Customer requiring assistance must have a valid ticket*.
* If the Access Customer is under the age of 5, in order to provide a companion/PA ticket free of charge, there does need to be at least 1 full priced adult ticket in the party.

Yes, we accept assistance dogs (including ADUK, Training companies and owner trained), but proof of training is required and if the dog’s behaviour doesn’t meet the standards, then you will be required to leave.

Please contact accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk in advance if you are bringing an assistance dog with you. The Equality and Human Rights Commission states that "assistance dogs are highly trained" which means they:

  • Will not wander freely around the premises.
  • Will sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner.
  • Are unlikely to foul in a public place.

All assistance dogs must always remain on the lead.

Yes, on arrival head to the Chapter 1 entrance and speak with the security suite, who will then be able to plan for a wheelchair to be dropped off. Wheelchairs are free of charge, but availability is limited. For mobility scooters please contact info@excel.london

Regarding the experience

Disney100: The Exhibition invites guests to step into ten magnificent and imaginatively themed galleries, where moving stories, unique interactive installations, and behind-the-scenes glimpses will take them on a journey through 100 years of The Walt Disney Company.

There are ten large and imaginatively themed galleries with renowned classics from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to Encanto (2021), including the latest members of the Disney family – Pixar, Star Wars, MARVEL, and National Geographic. Celebrate the magic of Disney with timeless stories and memories through the visual, audio, and interactive elements of Disney100: The Exhibition.

There will be no character meet and greet at the exhibition.

The visit will take around 50 minutes to one hour. You can dwell as long as you like in each of the 10 rooms.

Unfortunately, there are no character meet & greets at Disney 100: The Exhibition. The exhibition showcases unique rare artefacts and memorabilia from the past 100 years of Disney.

No food and drink are allowed inside the Exhibition. If you need to bring specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition then please supply the relevant supporting medical evidence.

There are various catering choices available in the main ExCeL venue.

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

Yes, there is air conditioning and heating if required.

There are no strobe lights at the Exhibition.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

The Exhibition is a walk-through event. There are some benches in selected themed galleries which allow you to sit and listen / watch information on screens.

There are vegan and gluten-free catering options within the main ExCeL boulevard itself but not within the Exhibition.

There is a locker system for customers to leave bags or personal items should they wish to. Customers are allowed to carry bags through the exhibition. There is a pram park area which we suggest customers use or if they wish to bring prams into the exhibition, please keep walkway channels clear.

There is no dress code!

Please alert a member of staff within the exhibition and they will assist with retrieving your belongings.

The exhibition is accessible to all ages. However, there is a lot of reading, and no character meet and greet. Parental discretion is advised when deciding if the exhibition will be suitable for your child.

Regarding access to the exhibition

Only bags smaller than a piece of A4 paper are permitted on site. To speed up entry for all customers we request that people do not bring a bag to the event unless it is unavoidable.

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

The weather will not impact the Exhibition as it is indoors.

We always aim to limit and reduce queuing outside the entrance. In the event of inclement weather, our team will work to ensure any queuing outside is minimised as much as possible.

Flash photography, alcohol, smoking, vaping, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

The event will take place at ExCeL London, One Western Gateway. Royal Victoria Dock. London E16 1XL. The entrance is via the new dockside entrance along the ExCeL waterfront.

If you are late or experience any travel issues, you can speak to one of our stewards at our exhibition upon arrival and they will try and accommodate your booking at the next available slot. This is not a guaranteed.

The Exhibition is not suitable for animals.

The Exhibition is a child-friendly environment.

Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 5 get free entry.

There is a dedicated Disney100: The Exhibition car park at the London ExCeL centre. Parking is not free but is at a reduced rate if booked online. For information on how to book car parking, please see here (aeroparker.com).

No smoking or vaping once inside the Exhibition and Exhibition foyer.

Due to the nature of the exhibition being made up of artifacts we ask that prams and buggies are not brought into the exhibition. There is a small buggy park available but with very limited spaces. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask for prams and buggies to be left at home.

We always aim to limit and reduce queuing outside the entrance. In the event of inclement weather, our team will work to ensure any queuing outside is minimised as much as possible.

There are no toilets inside Disney100: The Exhibition. You may find toilets on the first floor of the ExCel centre. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available on the second floor.

The disabled toilets are located at the following points:

  • Between South Halls S9/S10
  • Between North Halls N10/N11 on level 0
  • At the back of the North Halls N4/S4
  • South Gallery level 2 and the dock edge on level 0
  • Platinum Suite levels 2 and 3
  • Prince Regent walkway
  • Level 0 at the east end of the venue
  • Capital Suite levels 2 and 3

There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. In the ICC area (The east end of the venue) the red blocks between S9/S10, N10/N11, the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, the baby change facilities are in the disabled toilets.

The family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a microwave to heat up baby food and a bottle warmer. It also contains a sink and toilet.

Regarding the tickets

No, if you purchased your ticket(s) through Fever or Disney Tickets, your contactless tickets will be delivered directly in the Fever App. If you purchase through Eventim, your ticket(s) will be delivered either in the Eventim app or/and emailed to you. Golden Tours will email you your digital ticket(s).

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Any queries relating to your ticket(s) should be directed at the ticket outlet you booked through.

The VIP package includes flexible entry times (subject to session capacity), a branded laminate & lanyard, a soft drink, a unique collectible Disney 100: The Exhibition silver pin and an 18x9 exclusive collectible print of Asha from the new forthcoming Wish movie, due to be released on Nov 22nd 2023.

Children under the age of 5 get free entry. For children between the ages of 5-16, there are specially priced child tickets available.

You can purchase a ticket at the event, but this will depend on availability on the day.

Tickets can be purchased on the Fever website and App, Eventim UK, Disney Tickets, and Golden Tours websites.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact the outlet you booked your tickets through, indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to the T&Cs of your booking. Any queries relating to your ticket(s) should be directed at the ticket outlet you booked through.

If you booked through Fever or Disney Tickets, you can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. If you purchased via Eventim or Golden Tours, you will have received your tickets via email or through their app. Any issues with your tickets, please contact the ticket outlet directly.
