The Walt Disney Archives open their doors to unveil an extraordinary collection of priceless treasures. Over 250 objects and works of art, costumes, props, and iconic memorabilia – including many of Disney's "Crown Jewels" – await visitors.

Ten imaginatively designed galleries celebrate legendary classics, from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to Encanto (2021), as well as the latest additions to the Disney family – Pixar, Star Wars, and MARVEL!

The experience

Disney100: The Exhibition invites visitors to embark on a captivating journey through 100 years of The Walt Disney Company’s history.

Explore ten beautifully designed themed galleries, each offering moving stories, interactive installations, and behind-the-scenes insights.

Discover legendary classics, from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to Encanto (2021), as well as the iconic worlds of the Disney family – Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel.

Celebrate the magic of Disney with unforgettable memories enhanced by visual, audio, and interactive elements, making this exhibition an immersive and one-of-a-kind experience.

It takes approximately 90 minutes to explore the ten galleries, but you are free to stay as long as you like.

The exhibition texts are available in French and English.

Feel free to take photos and videos. The use of professional equipment and tripods is not allowed.

Please also be careful not to disturb other visitors while taking photos. The use of flash for photos is not allowed inside the exhibition.

The exhibition is accessible to all ages. Parental discretion is advised when deciding if the exhibition will be suitable for your child.

At the end of the exhibition, you will find a large shop with a wide range of exclusive products related to the exhibition.

Unfortunately, there are no character meet & greets at Disney100: The Exhibition.

The exhibition showcases unique rare artifacts and memorabilia from the past 100 years of Disney.

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue with air conditioning.

If you lose something during your visit to the exhibition, please inform a staff member.

They will connect you with the exhibition manager to assist in locating your personal belongings. Otherwise, they will take your contact details and provide you with the production team's contact information.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets for the exhibition are on sale at www.disney100exposition.fr and at all the usual sales points.

A ticket office will be available on site from April 10th. However, sessions may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance on the website.

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance; tickets will be available onsite from April 10th on daily attendance. Tickets on sale at the box office can be purchased by credit card or in cash on presentation of proof of identity.

Unfortunately, tickets purchased through other platforms cannot be collected from the ticket office.

You will need to contact the sales platform where you purchased your tickets to obtain them. If you're unsure, the method and location for ticket collection will be clearly stated in your order confirmation.

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once purchased, the date and time of your ticket cannot be changed.

If you're unable to attend, consider gifting your tickets to someone else! Please be aware that arriving at a different time than indicated on your ticket will result in refusal of entry.

For any updates on additional sessions, please check the exhibition website regularly at www.disney100exposition.fr to stay informed about opening of new sessions.

An e-ticket is a paperless ticket that can be presented either digitally on your smartphone or in a printed format. The barcode must be clearly visible for scanning at the entrance.

You do not need to go to the ticket office. Printing your e-ticket is not required, but if you choose to print it, please ensure the print quality is clear, with the e-ticket printed on a single A4 page and undamaged. Note that an e-ticket can be printed multiple times.

For security, do not buy e-tickets from strangers, as only the first scanned version will be accepted for entry. If duplicates are presented, only the first ticket scanned will be admitted, and no complaints will be accepted.

E-tickets are available for purchase online. For tickets purchased at the box office, you will receive a physical ticket.

No, according to our general terms and conditions of sale, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

You can download your invoice from your customer account. Please note that the information recorded at the time of your purchase, which appears on the invoice, cannot be changed after the transaction is completed.

For online purchases, payment can only be made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).

For purchases at the ticket office, payment by bank card or cash is accepted. Please note that payment by cheque, holiday or culture vouchers, and American Express cards is not permitted.

Ticket Problems

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, or refunded, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale and legislation relating to tickets in the leisure sector.

We recommend double-checking the date, time, category, and price of your tickets before finalizing your order to ensure they meet your needs, as no claims will be accepted afterward.

If you have lost your ticket, or if it has been damaged, please contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase to inform them of your problem.

If you bought your ticket on this website, please contact us by e-mail at visiteurs@disney100exposition.fr, giving the date and time of the event, your order number, and your full name.

If your ticket is stolen, you will be asked to provide an official declaration of theft. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis. Duplicate tickets are not issued automatically.

Information such as the name and date of the event, as well as the barcode, must be perfectly legible. The ticket and the stub must remain attached for your ticket to be valid.

If you bought your ticket on this site, simply log on to your customer area using the email address and password you used when booking, in order to download your e-tickets.

If you bought your ticket on another site, please contact the customer service department of the network where you made your purchase to report your problem.

Opening Times

The exhibition opens at 10:00 and closes at 19:00. The last entry time is 6pm. The exhibition is closed on Mondays outside holiday periods.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. It is important to respect the date and time indicated on your ticket. You can enter within 30 minutes of the admission time indicated on your ticket.

No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave, your exit is final.

If you have an open ticket, you can enter at the time of your choice; however, entry is subject to availability at each session. During busy periods, you may experience longer waiting times on site.

Accessibility

The exhibition route is fully accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility. Please note that we do not provide wheelchairs for visitors to tour the exhibition, so you will need to bring your own wheelchair.

A PRM/PSH (Persons with Disabilities) ticket is available at the price of €18.90 on weekdays and €22.90 on weekends, public holidays, and school vacation periods. This rate also applies to one companion per PRM booking. If you are accompanied, you will need to book two PRM tickets.

This event does not use strobe lights.

Your insulin must be packed in a special case for transport, and you will be asked to inform the reception staff of this when you arrive to the venue.

Only assistance dogs are allowed.

Exhibition Access

Yes, the exhibition is accessible to all ages and the space is suitable for normal-sized pushchairs. Admission is free for children under the age of 4.

Single pushchairs for one child are permitted. Large single, double or triple pushchairs are not permitted.

Visitors are required to stand and move around the exhibition for about 90 minutes. While there are no installations requiring significant physical effort, there are no specific facilities for pregnant women or individuals with temporary disabilities. However, priority access will be provided upon arrival.

Security

If the venue or the exhibition organizer deems it necessary to implement a security check at the entrance, requiring a visual inspection or a search of hand luggage and/or a pat-down by specialized staff, each attendee is required to comply, or access will be denied without the possibility of a refund.

Any object likely to be used as a projectile, constitute a weapon or endanger the safety of the public, or any object likely to disturb other visitors, in particular:

  • Pyrotechnic items
  • Knives and sharp objects
  • Plastic and glass bottles
  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Cans and bottles
  • Any food

If the owner of an unauthorized item refuses to part with it, access to the room will be denied, without the possibility of a refund. The venue reserves the right to remove anyone disturbing public order or not following these rules, without refund.

Additional health and safety rules:

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • The use of narcotics is also prohibited.

Careful checks may slow down access to the room, so we thank you for your patience. If you refuse to be stopped, you will be refused access to the room.

Due to the reinforcement of the Vigipirate plan, suitcases or bags larger than 20x30x20 cm are not allowed inside the exhibition.

On-site Facilities

The Exhibition is a walk-through event. However, there are some benches in selected themed galleries which allow you to sit and watch information on screens.

We have free lockers at the exhibition entrance. The deposit of valuable items is the responsibility of the person depositing them. However, these lockers are available in limited quantities and cannot be reserved. We recommend not bringing large or prohibited items, as access to the exhibition may be denied.

Yes, toilets are available to the public outside, opposite the exhibition entrance, Pavilion 2.1 on avenue Ernest Renan.

No, there is no food and beverage area on site.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition.
